SHIPPING POLICY
The current processing time is up to 4-7 working days. This does not include weekends or public/bank holidays. The processing time is the time it takes to package and ship your order. All domestic orders are shipped ground-first class and are insured. Once items are in possession/scanned by USPS we are not liable for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise. If you need your order to arrive faster please send us a message before placing the order. In many instances you can upgrade to faster delivery for an additional cost. The billing address listed on your order is where the item will be shipped to. We do not ship to alternate addresses. You're responsible for providing the correct address.
If you are a International customer, we ship USPS priority. It is tracked and insured but only with a maximum value of $400.00. If your order exceeds $400.00, the difference will not be insured and you are responsible for the difference if package is lost or damaged. You are responsible for all customs, taxes and duties affiliated with your country. We cannot change the value of the item or items ordered to lower customs. You are responsible for providing us with the correct address on your order form. Depending on the country you live in and because of customs, shipping times can take up to 4-6 weeks for you to receive.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items to us in its original condition with no damage or alterations (There are a few exceptions listed below). After receiving your order you have 7 days within which to notify us of your intention. Once we've been notified you have another 7 days to mail it back to us. If item ('s) is not received within this time frame your package will be refused and no refund will be given. Once received you will be refunded the original purchase price minus credit card/PayPal fees and shipping. If any item has been requested to be sized or altered in any way it becomes nonreturnable. If you purchase an item during a Sale we run with a Coupon Code. There are NO REFUNDS on any sale items. Blazing Fox reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our silversmiths take time and care to make their jewelry by hand, using techniques with tools, hammers & torches. This means that each piece will have some variations and perhaps very slight imperfections that adds character to each piece. Where natural stones are used there are often variations in color due to the lighting in the photos. We try our best to show accurate color and do not use filters. Your monitor settings could also affect the way colors appear.
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY
Do not try to bend a bracelet to fit your wrist. Doing that can cause stones to fall out. Let us know in advance and we can adjust it for you. If stones fall out because you bent a bracelet and you want to have it repaired, you must notify us in advance and you will have to pay for the stone replacement and labor to have it repaired. Do not submerge your jewelry in the pool, shower or any type of liquid cleaners. This can cause damage to the stones and will tarnish the silver. If you want to clean your item we recommend only use a silver polishing cloth.
